We had a boss time in a great room, spacious with a lovely view of the Sky Tower! But the breakfast could've been better, a bit of a letdown, la. Otherwise, sound service made everything enjoyable! Definitely a solid stay, just keep an eye on the breakfast menu.

i had such high hopes for this place, but the black mold in my room was disappointing, not to mention the rude night staff. also, i woudl ve been thrilled with some complimentary chocolates for the inconvenience, but alas, nothing. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t. total letdown.

I noticed the bathroom was pretty tired, with some peeling paint and a delaminating door that could use some TLC. The mattress protector leaves something to be desired too, with a few stains I'd rather not have seen. Plus, I had a bit of trouble with the TV setup. it relied on hotel Wi-Fi for casting, which was spotty at best, making it frustrating to find something decent to watch.
