    disappointing breakfast

We had a boss time in a great room, spacious with a lovely view of the Sky Tower! But the breakfast could've been better, a bit of a letdown, la. Otherwise, sound service made everything enjoyable! Definitely a solid stay, just keep an eye on the breakfast menu.

1st class and fairly clean hotel with magnificent view of the park. Magnificent and perfect location for our visit to Queen Street relatively close to the property. Close to the restaurant as well as cafes

    comfortable king studio
    staffing shortage

Charming stay with a hidden gem

The spacious beautiful king studio became our cozy retreat, where mornings unfolded on the balcony, framed by city views. The warm kitchenette was perfect for late-night snacks.

Alas, a lack of staff made check-in sluggish, and we often felt the front desk was unattended. Parking was another challenge, often leading to a game of musical chairs.

Suits for overnight stay, cant help but recommend. There are reasonably large and fashionable rooms with large bathrooms. Top-notch service, the breakfast was delicious and they have private parking if needed.

I enjoy that it is an affordable hotel for romantic getaways. The suites are modern and spacious and i especially love the spa bath options available

The room was so nice and fancy, the staff were friendly and efficient.

The main issue I had, was that the linen felt very cheap. The sheets were pilled and old, and the duvet inner was so old-fashioned. I have nicer bedding at home, and when I pay that much I expect certain things. At least get cotton linen!

Stayed in a king studio with a spa bath which was lovely! Good kitchen set up. Nice outlook over Myers Park and surprisingly quiet. Easy access to the CBD. Would definitely stay again.

Was surprised that the towels and dressing gowns were pretty worn. The gym had very good equipment but nowhere near enought space for stretching and other non equipment exercise - it would probably get used more if it was bigger.

The privacy, housekeeping staff very nice

It was like a ghost town staff very absent need to work on customer service and charged me for a discolored towel before they had even washed it wasnt very happy

    mold
    rude staff

I had such high hopes for this place, but the black mold in my room was disappointing, not to mention the rude night staff. I woudl ve been thrilled with some complimentary chocolates for the inconvenience, but alas, nothing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't. Total letdown.

    It was comfortable

Portable Airconditioning unit very basic for the money paid for room and noisy Other guest were allowed to party through the night meaning a lack of sleep. $20.00 to park car in carpark (use to be free) another way of collecting money.
